Q: 设好屏蔽窗口却没生效?
A: 首次使用要在 iOS 的 Screen Time / 屏幕使用时间里给枕边授权。打开 App 时会提示一次,如果当时点了”不允许”,到「设置 → 屏幕使用时间 → 应用和网站活动」里打开授权后回到枕边重进一次即可。

Q: 解锁后 5 分钟过去了,App 没重新被屏蔽?
A: 枕边用的是 Apple 的 Screen Time 框架,重新屏蔽依赖系统回调。回到枕边前台一下或锁屏再点亮通常会触发。

Q: 今晚额度用完了但真的有急事怎么办?
A: 在耗尽提示页里有一个”真有急事?”按钮,点进去等 10 分钟,不用做任何任务,时间到自动放行 5 分钟。次数越多下次等得越久。

Q: 枕边会把我选择屏蔽的 App 清单发到服务器吗?
A: 不会。枕边没有网络权限,App Group 容器之外一切不出本机。见隐私政策

FAQ

Q: I configured a block window but nothing happened.
A: First-run needs Screen Time authorization. The app asks once on launch. If you dismissed it, re-enable under Settings → Screen Time → App & Website Activity and relaunch Bedside.

Q: My 5-minute unlock expired but the block didn’t come back.
A: Bedside relies on Apple’s Screen Time framework for re-shielding. Briefly returning to Bedside (or locking/waking the phone) usually triggers it.

Q: I used all tonight’s unlocks but have an actual emergency.
A: Tap “真有急事? / Really urgent?” on the exhausted screen and wait 10 minutes — no task, no input. Then you get 5 minutes. The wait grows the more you use it that night.

Q: Does Bedside send the list of apps I blocked to a server?
A: No. Bedside has no network entitlement. Nothing leaves the device. See the privacy policy.
